The Products offered on the Website are food supplements (e.g. Vasovanta). They are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product descriptions, images and information on the Website are for general information only and do not constitute medical or health advice. We strive to keep product information accurate but do not warrant that descriptions, images or other content are error-free, complete or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and to modify or discontinue products (or any part of the Website) without prior notice, subject to your statutory rights in respect of orders already placed.

Colours and packaging may vary. Weight and dimensions are approximate. Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs may apply as indicated during checkout.

5. Orders and formation of contract

When you submit an order via the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Product(s) on these Terms. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation (by email or other means). We are not obliged to accept every order; we may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. due to stock, pricing error, suspected fraud or breach of these Terms). If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in accordance with applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide (name, address, email, phone, etc.) is accurate and complete. We will use this information to process your order and to communicate with you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Price, payment and delivery

Prices are as displayed on the Website at the time you place your order, in euros (€), and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges (if any) will be shown before you confirm the order. We accept the payment methods indicated on the Website. Payment is due as specified (e.g. at the time of order for online payment). Until we have received full payment, we are not obliged to ship the Products.

Delivery times and methods are as stated on the Website or in your order confirmation. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated time, but delay does not entitle you to cancel the order or claim compensation unless required by law. Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery (or upon collection if you collect). Title passes when we have received full payment.

7. Withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the European Union (including the Netherlands), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you nominate) acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post). You may use the model withdrawal form we provide if you wish. 8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage (including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the supply of Products, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
• Our total liability to you in respect of any order or any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the price paid by you for the relevant Product(s) in that order.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under mandatory law (e.g. Dutch Civil Code and EU consumer directives).

All content on the Website (including text, graphics, logos, images and software) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
